1. General
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website and in our catalogues is accurate and up to date, Healthy Hedgehogs Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. Due to continuous product development specifications & colours may change and we may substitute a product for one of similar or better quality in exceptional circumstances.
All products are subject to availability.
2. How To Order
Please note that in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We have 3 methods for you to place your order! Telephone, Mail and Internet.
All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order.
3. Credit & Debit Card Orders
If the cardholders address is different from the delivery address you may be required to provide additional information. A customer service representative will contact you if this is required
4. Telephone Orders
Telephone orders can be placed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Have your order and credit card details ready. When placing your order by phone, you will be given an order number, which you need to keep for future reference.
5. Mail Orders
If ordering by post - you must provide all relevant information (i.e. product code and description, name and address, postcode and contact telephone numbers). This can be completed on a Healthy Hedgehogs order form which is available on request from our internet site. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for clearance of personal cheques on top of normal delivery time.
6. Internet Orders
Log onto www.healthyhedgehogs.co.uk and follow the online instructions. If you require assistance or a specific quote for shipping overseas please call us on 01502 740270
7. Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
8. Delivery
Free Delivery
All orders are delivered FREE to mainland UK addresses, excluding (but not limited to) the following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all offshore postcodes. There may be a delivery surcharge to these postcodes.
All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Normal delivery time is 5 working days. Please note that your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is home & the goods returned to the carrier's local depot to await your contact.
All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am & 6pm. Our carriers are unable to give specific times for delivery. An express 'NEXT DAY' delivery service MAY be available on certain products (subject to availability) please telephone01502 740270 for a quote.
9. Non UK Mainland Warranties
If you live outside the UK it is advisable that you check if the product you are wishing to purchase will have any warranty outside the UK.
Labour warranties for UK offshore postcodes may not be available. Please check before ordering. This is applicable to ALL offshore postcodes including Isle of Wight & Isle of Mann etc.
10. Late Deliveries
We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Collection Of Faulty Products
We will only accept returns over 28 days old if the item becomes faulty within the guarantee shown on the paperwork. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.
Once the items are received back at Healthy Hedgehogs, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product. Please note that if the product is found on inspection NOT to be faulty on it's return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.
12. Return of Items
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it (in its original packaging) to us for a refund or credit. In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number(RMA) from us within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging & must arrive to us in good condition, with postage paid by yourselves. The returned merchandise must be received back to Healthy Hedgehogs within 30 days of purchase and within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must prepay all postage charges and we recommend that you ask Royal Mail for a receipt to confirm return.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please contact Healthy Hedgehogs customer Service department on 01502 740270 or email info@healthyhedgehogs.co.uk. We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA number.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days; in the event of the item being returned to Healthy Hedgehogs Ltd. Please note Healthy Hedgehogs Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
13. Warranties
All products on our web site are covered by a manufacturers warranty. No manufacturers warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable & necessary care. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require clarification of the terms for particular products we will be happy to supply these for you.
14. Buy With Confidence
Please consult your Doctor before using any product especially if you have any symptoms which cause concern. Any diagnostic test, especially if misused is never 100% accurate and concerns should be discussed with your medical practitioner.

To cancel your order you must write to us at our Head Office address or send an email to info@healthyhedgehogs.co.uk, before your order is despatched quoting your order number.
You can return any unwanted item free of charge with 30 days of delivery of your item(s).It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Healthy Hedgehogs Ltd at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed & insured against loss or damage & the goods arrive in an as new saleable condition in their original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items.
15. When will I receive my Refund
We will credit you card. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account.

Working with industry-leading secure payment processors, we validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

19. Colour reproduction
Healthy hedgehogs Ltd has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
This means that when you order products from the Shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).

Ordering online using your credit card details is just as safe as ordering goods over the telephone, if not more so. Lloyds TSB has been issued with a Secure Server Digital Certificate. Furthermore, all credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on the Healthyhedgehogs website.
26. Cookies
A 'cookie' is a file in your web browser that enables us to recognise your computer when you visit the site.
The tool is used by many Web sites to help collect information, such as how many people visit and return to the site, what products are being bought, and to make certain parts of the site function properly.

At Healthy Hedgehogs Ltd you don't have to worry about your credit or debit card safety. None of our customers have had an instance of fraudulent use of their credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.
Healthy Hedgehogs users Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your safety when shopping online through our website. This prevents any information being sent over the internet unencrypted. Your Credit Card information should never be entered into the Healthy Hedgehog Website, all payments are done through our Payment Gateway, Lloyds TSB. To check that you are secure, make sure the domain starts with 'https://' and not 'http://'. If when viewing any area of the Healthy Hedgehog Checkout, you don't see 'https://' in the address bar, please contact us immediately.
